Yeasin Nizam is the Founder and CEO of Aiza Solutions. Born in a small village called Noakhali in Bangladesh, he moved to the United States at the age of 14 in pursuit of the American dream. From a young age, he was encouraged to follow traditional paths to success—becoming a doctor, engineer, or lawyer. With that in mind, he began his academic journey in pre-med at the University of Maryland.

However, over time, he realized that his true passion lay elsewhere. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, he had always been inspired by the spirit of business and innovation. This led him to explore opportunities in the entrepreneurial space, where he gained valuable experience and discovered his purpose.

Driven by a desire to empower others, he went on to found Aiza Solution—an organization committed to helping individuals grow and succeed. Today, he is dedicated to mentoring ambitious minds, offering career and personal development opportunities, and teaching the core principles of entrepreneurship and business growth.
